Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations for confirmed bookings must be submitted at least (3) hours in advance. If you cancel (3) hours before the pick-up time, the full amount will be refunded. Total amount of the transfer will be charged to the on file credit card provided in case of a cancellation within the last (3) hours or failure to show.
  • All Cancellations must be sent via E-mail to: or Calling us, We’ll reply to you with a cancellation notification E-mail.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any service without refund, if the operator or the office feels that the customer is placing the operator, the mode of transportation, or the customer of the customer in danger of injury; or if the customer is in possession of illegal material or substance, the service will be cancelled without refund. There are no exceptions. All our vehicles are non-smoking vehicles and our drivers will not smoke in the vehicle either.
  • We take no responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, weather, double booking, inaccurate dates or information, unsafe road conditions, acts of God, or the equivalent.
